Order Tracking
Stay updated on your parcel's journey! Shortly after your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via both WhatsApp and Email, allowing you to monitor its progress in real-time.
Important Note on Failed Deliveries
We provide free shipping to ensure a great experience for our customers. However, if a customer orders and does not receive/accept their order (for any reason), we must adjust the process for future orders to ensure sustainability.
