📝 Key Rules
Availability: Exchanges can only be made for articles currently in stock on our website.
Clearance Items: The exchange policy does not apply to Clearance Sale items.
Order Limit: A maximum of 2 items can be exchanged per order.
🛵 Exchange Fees
1 Item: Rs. 350 (Rider's two-way delivery charges)
2 Items: Rs. 450
🎁 Special Offer: Add any additional new pair to your exchange order, and your exchange fee becomes FREE!
📲 How to Request an Exchange
Note: Please do not place a new order on the website for replacements.
Simply message our support team on WhatsApp at 03289472737 with the following details:
A screenshot or details of the available item/size you want from our website.
A photo of your original Order Slip.
A photo of the shoes you wish to exchange.
Payment Options: You can pay the exchange fee via our standard advance bank transfer or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) when the rider arrives.
