Every order we ship involves significant operational costs, including advertising expenses and Free Delivery 🚚 straight to your doorstep. Because we keep our profit margins minimal to offer you the best prices, we do not offer cash refunds.

However, we prioritize your happiness and offer a Hassle-Free Replacement Policy instead!

If you face any issues with your order, we are here to help you with an easy replacement:

  • ✅ 100% Free Replacement: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a mistake from our side, we will send you a brand-new replacement at zero extra cost.

  • ✅ Size/Style Exchange: If you have a size or style issue, you can easily get it exchanged. You will only need to pay a minimal delivery charge of Rs. 350/- to cover the rider's logistics.

  • ✅ سائز یا ڈیزائن کی تبدیلی: اگر آپ کو صرف سائز یا اسٹائل کا مسئلہ ہے، تو آپ صرف 350 روپے ڈیلیوری چارجز ادا کر کے اپنا جوڑا تبدیل کروا سکتے ہیں۔
