Convenience Fee (Rs 350): We charge a flat fee of Rs 350 for this doorstep swap service.
Why Rs 350? While your first delivery was Free, an exchange involves "double logistics" (sending a rider out twice). This Rs 350 fee covers less than half of our actual operational cost—we bear the remaining expense ourselves just to ensure your Satisfaction.
